The villa is located on the coast with beautiful ocean and mountain views. El Medano town is just 20 minutes walk away. El Medano is a lively, friendly town with a great ‘off the beaten track’ atmosphere. Tapas Bars and restaurants line the village square and the seafront and cater for all tastes and wallets. The villa is part of a private complex of ten. The shared pool is at the heart of the complex. There are no bars/restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
The beach at El Medano is the longest in Tenerife (2km) and its shallow waters make it perfect for families who wish to sunbathe and swim. El Medano is also popular with many watersport enthusiasts. The villa has lots of free storage for all types of sports equipment
Villa Las Dunas is the perfect base for exploring the island or for a more relaxed stay. Car hire is not necessary for an enjoyable stay, however to see the real beauty and variety that Tenerife is, a drive out of the resort to explore the rest of the island is definitely recommended. Car hire is available directly from the guesthouse.
The island of Tenerife enjoys a fabulous climate all year round. The temperature rarely falls below 20c even during the winter.
Tenerife enjoys average summer temperatures of 28-30 degrees.
The rooms
We have 4 lovely twin rooms, each is en-suite:
2 x sea view (with balcony)
2 x mountain view (Juliet balcony)
- Each room will accommodate 2 adults. Mountain view rooms will accommodate a travel cot or a small guest bed (at no extra cost).
- Bed linen, Towels and beach towels are provided and are changed weekly.
- Each room has its own fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
- We provide a complementary welcome basket.
- Full cooked and continental breakfast is included in the room rate and served on our terrace overlooking the sea.

Prices
Rooms are priced at FROM €50 euros per night per room including breakfast - year round.
All rooms are twin rooms. The mountain view rooms will accommodate a travel cot for small children at no extra cost.
